Long, slow pieces written to be listened to rather than played at. Each one is a single HTML file with no dependencies, no build step and no network calls — every sound is synthesised in your browser the moment you press play. Pick one below.
Start quiet. Every piece defaults to a volume lower than feels right, which is deliberate — turn the room down before you turn the music up. Then leave it alone. None of these are built to reward close attention; they are built to sit behind whatever else you are doing and slow your breathing down by about a third.
Each player shows its own score as it goes. Click any part name to mute it, and the piece keeps playing without it — which is how you turn any of these into something to play along with.
Copy the closest existing player to your-piece.html, rewrite the three
data tables near the top of its script — chords, themes, form — and add one entry to the
PIECES array in index.html. The score is data, not code; nothing
below those tables needs to change unless you want a new instrument.
